Remember Louis Vuitton’s Monogram denim line from mid-2000s?

That iconic Monogram denim collection remains a beloved part of modern handbag history.

Lo and behold… It’s back!

Louis Vuitton has a newish offering of bags featuring stone-washed ‘faded’ denim, enlivened in rich indigo hues.

The use of denim in this collection is calling back to dad-core fashion; it is ironic yet rounds out each look, giving a rustic appearance that is chic and polished.

Daring and unique, this collection takes on fashion in the most extreme nature. Each look had an element of the future and one of the past.

Silhouettes such as the Onthego, Speedy, Loop and Dauphine are given a denim makeover, channeling the nostalgic ’00s aesthetic.

The Speedy bag is covered in denim material, which is contrasted with the LV monogram pattern in white all over. The design is highlighted with golden hardware on the zipper, while tonal indigo handles round out the look. The theme is continued on the Loop bag that comes with a detachable chain strap, as well as the Dauphine featuring white topstitched details.

Trends from the 2000s continue to reign supreme in the fashion world!
