4. How do I place an order on your site?

1. Create your account here and start navigating the website.
2. Choose the product you wish, add it to your cart (simply clicking the button "Add to Cart") or buy it immediately (with the button "Buy it Now").
3. Follow the instructions, providing all the details (shipping address) and proceed to checkout. Complete the payment according to the website accepted payments methods.
5. Can I place an order over the phone?
No, at the moment we don't accept orders over the phone.
6. Where can I find size & fit advice?
We provide fit information and model measurements for each style under the ‘Size & Fit’ tab. in each product page.
7. Can I cancel my LUXURY-DESIGNERS order or make changes to it?
Yes, you might be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order, but only within 2 days. You can find more info in our Return & Refund Policy .
What is PSD2?
PSD2 is a new European law introduced to make online payments more secure. When you place an order online using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity through 3D Secure authentication.
What are the payment steps when I place an order?
When you place an order within Europe, you may be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank. There are many ways to authenticate online payments and you could be asked to confirm your identity through SMS, email, or TouchID. Once your payment is authenticated and the order has been placed, you’ll return to the LUXURY-DESIGNERS confirmation page. As soon as your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email.
How will my bank confirm my identity?
Get in contact with your bank to understand their 3D Secure authentication process. Make sure they have the correct contact details for you just in case they use SMS or email for authentication.
If I'm unable to place an order, what should I do?

Which currencies can I shop in?
The shop default currency is the EURO. You will be charged in EUR and your credit card will convert EUR to your country currency according to the exchange rate of the day of purchase. LUXURY-DESIGNERS doesn't manage the payment gateway and we are not responsible for any discrepancy related to the exchange rate.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective LUXURY-DESIGNERS mailer — with branded dust bags and boxes if provided by the designer — to ensure it arrives to you in perfect conditions.
