1. Delivery Information
All orders are subject to product availability verification.
Orders generally process within 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. Delivery times are estimated from day of shipping. You can verify the delivery status using the tracking number that will be provided to you.
The estimated shipping time from the Boutiques to our premises is at least 3 weeks, due to covid-19 huge delays.
The estimated shipping date varies according to availability.
Shipping costs are different according to the destination Countries.
Orders include VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Designers-bags.com ships worldwide using UPS, DHL or FEDEX, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Designers-bags.com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Designers-bags.com.

designers-bags.com reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
Once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
designers-bags.com reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
designers-bags.com reserves the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time.
4. Cancellation & Refund:
Designers-bags.com reserves the right to refuse a return & refund if the case does not meet the above conditions.
Please refer to General Terms & Conditions, regarding the Right of Withdrawal.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Products labelled as Sales not eligible for return.
Upon our receipt of your return package, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and processing the refund. Please note that this process may take between 5 and 10 working days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have begun processing the refund.
The refund is issued directly to the card, bank or account used for the original purchase.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by Designers-bags.com within 14 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, Otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Designers-bags.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Greece at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Greece. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
The security tag, certificates, shipping label or any other labels must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Return Instructions (Return Terms & Conditions)
To request a return, please address an email to:
firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be further requested to attach pictures as proof of return, a second time. Once completed, Designers-bags.com will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
Returns must be shipped within 20 days of the order’s delivery date.
The cost of return shipping is USD 90. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Please follow attentively all given instructions. Make sure to print and use the pro forma invoice and shipping label that are provided. If the instructions are not followed correctly or if the provided documents are not used, Customs may apply import fees. These fees will be the Client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Belts and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
In the event of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact . Designers-bags.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Designers-bags.com
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Pickups for all authorized returns with Designers-bags.com’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, Designers-bags.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
Designers-bags.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Designers-bags.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee, from the refund.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the Italian (Italy place of jurisdiction) normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
1.4 Refund: For online purchases, Designers-bags.com will refund the purchase price of ONLY merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. At this time we do not accept gift cards.
1.5 Non-Refundable: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS ON THE SITE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE WEB PAGE DISPLAYING THE RESPECTIVE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

Absolutely. We keep your personal information confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted. Your credit card details are managed by Stripe and designers-bags.com doesn't store, use or manage your credit card details.
What is PSD2?
PSD2 is a European regulation that makes online payments more secure. When you place an order online using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity through 3D Secure authentication.
What are the payment steps when I place an order?
When you place an order within Europe, you may be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank. There are many ways to authenticate online payments and you could be asked to confirm your identity through SMS, email, or Touch ID. Once your payment is authenticated, the order will be placed and you’ll return to the designers-bags.com order confirmation page. As soon as your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email.
How will my bank confirm my identity?
Get in contact with your bank to understand their 3D Secure authentication process. Make sure they have the correct contact details for you just in case they use SMS or email for authentication.
