Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality Luxury-Designers products to you, our customers around the world, as quickly as possible. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow at least 3 weeks more for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.

Due to Covid-19 emergency, all shipments might be delayed.
All Pre-Orders are subject to product availability verification.
Orders generally process within 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. Delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping. You can verify the delivery status using the tracking number that will be provided to you.
The estimated shipping time from the Boutiques to our premises is at least 3 weeks, due to covid-19 huge delays.
The estimated shipping date varies according to availability.
Shipping costs change according to the destination Countries.
Orders include VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM ships worldwide using UPS, DHL or FEDEX, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM.
When the order is shipped to Clients, Clients receive an email from LUXURY-DESIGNER.COM specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM.
LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
PRICES, PAYMENT, CURRENCIES AND TAXES
By submitting your Pre-Order via the Site, the customer agrees to pay immediately 25% of the total purchase price for the items the customer selected plus shipping and handling costs, and applicable sales tax, if any. Depending on the tax laws in your state, you may be required to pay use tax on purchases for which we do not collect sales tax.
The customer will be requested to pay the balance of 75% of the total purchase price for the selected items, once LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM gets the goods from the Boutiques; the customer will be provided with a tracking number in the next 48 hours, otherwise (after the 48 hours) the order will be cancelled and the customer will get a full refund.
Cancellations cannot be made after the 2nd day of the pre-order, under penalty of the loss of the Advance of 25%;
or under any circumstances after the date of shipping, under penalty of the loss of the total amount paid for the selected item.
All prices published online, payments and invoices are in EUR (EURO).
LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM encourages clients to contact their bank to receive an accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to transactions.
By submitting your order, you represent that you are purchasing for private household use only.
We will deliver the products you purchased to a common carrier at our warehouse for shipment to the destination that you indicate; other details regarding shipping and delivery are described in the Purchase Policy Section. You receive title and you bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time we deliver the products to the carrier at our warehouse. For security reasons, all purchases from the Site require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by the fastest courier available at the shipping time.
PRODUCT INFO AND AVAILABILITY
Without limiting the generality of the disclaimers and limitations set forth in these Terms, given the unique nature of our products we cannot assume any liability or responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors, or for any loss or damage caused by or arising from your reliance on information obtained from or through this Site, and we may change information at any time. We determine product availability at the time we email you the shipping confirmation.
It is possible to check the status of your parcel online by going to any tracking website and entering the tracking number provided via email.
LUXURY-DESIGNERS reserves the right to decline a pre-order in the event that the pre-order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
Once a pre-order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that pre-order.
Pre-orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
LUXURY-DESIGNERS reserves the right to delay a shipment if the pre-order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
LUXURY-DESIGNERS reserves the right to decline to process a pre-order and/or offer services to anyone at any time.
ONLINE PRODUCTS & IMAGES
LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or malfunction, the colours of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.

As an authorized retailer of all brands present on the website, LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM guarantees the complete authenticity of each and every item featured.
Once an order request has been received, LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise.
Clients will be informed via email if, for any reason, the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
Clients who have received a Promo Code for LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM, by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can insert this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date, which limits its use and cannot be extended.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS
We do not accept any cancellations, returns or refunds, except as specified here below in our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
Cancellation, return and refund:
1.1 Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-order until but not after 2 days from the payment of the 25% of the total price, for any reason free of charge and we will not charge your credit card.
1.2 Cancellations cannot be made after the previous term, under penalty of the loss of the Advance of 25%; or under any circumstances after the date of shipping, under penalty of the loss of the total amount paid for the selected item.
Personalized products cannot be cancelled once pre-ordered, as they may be in the process of being customized.
1.3 Return & Refund: Luxury Designers only refunds delivered items under certain conditions:
Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of the date of delivery.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Products labelled as Sale not eligible for return.
Upon our receipt of your return package, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and processing the refund. Please note that this process may take between 5 and 10 working days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have begun processing the refund.
The refund is issued directly to the card or the bank account used for the original purchase.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM within 5 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, Otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
The security tag, certificates, shipping label or any other labels must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Return Instructions (Return Terms & Conditions)
To request a return, go to My Account, Return&Refund section and fill in the form with your email, order number and reasons of return. You will be further requested to attach pictures as proof of return, in a second time. Once completed, LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
Returns must be shipped within 10 days of the order’s delivery date.
The cost of return shipping is USD 90. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Please follow attentively all given instructions. Make sure to print and use the pro forma invoice and shipping label that are provided. If the instructions are not followed correctly or if the provided documents are not used, Customs may apply import fees. These fees will be the Client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Belts and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
In the event of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact . LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in approximately 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
If applicable, the shipping fees of the pre-order are non-refundable.
Pickups for all authorized returns with LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, LUXURY-DESIGNERS.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee, from the refund.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the Italian normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
1.4 Refund: For online purchases, Luxury Designers will refund the purchase price of ONLY merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Luxury Brand accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Bank Transfer.
The refunded amount will be visible in your account within approximately one to two billing cycles from the date of the email we send you confirming that the refund is being processed (for credit card orders).
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. At this time we do not accept gift cards.
All prices include VAT. At this time, we are unable to provide a tax-back service for any of our online customers.
1.5 Non-Refundable: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS ON THE SITE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE WEB PAGE DISPLAYING THE RESPECTIVE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
